Post 10: English Challenge

This is the last post of the year in this English blog. It was really a great experience for practice English every week. The class are interactive than others subject, with a lot of easy activities to do, some more easy than others, but in general was a nice experience. The use of Blogger.com give us a place where we can practice English and meet our classmates comment their blogs. Also I learn how to utilize the page of blog and from now probably I used for other thing more personal, like write opinion or things interesting for me.

I consider my English's level high because I can understand it very well, but still be a little difficult speak and hear in English, however I improve this weakness little by little. This year I can hear and understand English in movies or songs better than before, I really notice a change in that aspect. 

Is good for me understand well the English because is present in my daily life, On internet for example I always read comment about thing that I like in English or some instruction for install computer's programs. I need to know English for do thing like that, or for university works where we have to search bibliography in English for include in the theoretical part of the work. But I use English for fun too, because I play video games in English language, that's were very funny but if you know English you can enjoy more that if you don't know English. And other thing is when I see series or movies in English and the subtitle that they have is not the appropriate with that they speak.

Post 9: 2015 reflections Have you had a good year?

This year... oh this year.. many things happened for me this year that I don't know where to start. First of all my summer vacation this year was really good, I went to La Serena with my friends and family in February and we did many different things, like swimming in the beach, climbing some hills in Valle del Elqui and visiting many touristic places.

On the other hand, after that I had problem with my girlfriend and we broke our relationship, that was very painful for me and was very hard to accept the reality. She has a new boyfriend too soon for me but now I'm fine and the life continues, I have many friends to support me in this situation.

Academically I have a good year, because I pass all subjects in the first semester. I'm in the third year of my career so I have to choose the electives in the second semester. That was very good for me, I chose my schedule and the subject that I liked or called my attention. I have one that I really like, it is vocational psychology, this subject is about the problem when a person has to take a personal decision about his life.

For the same electives of this semester I talk with classmates that I didn't have the opportunity to speak before, so I met many people in the different classes. In spite of everything I have a year with good and bad things, but the good things give us happiness and the bad things give us lesson in this life.

Post 8: Summer Plans

Hello, today is November 12th, at every moment we are closer of the summer vacation! January and February are the perfect months to do some vacation traveling, this summer I really like to travel to Pucon. Pucon is a touristic town near Temuco in the region of Araucania, it's a really beautiful place of my country, in spite of traveling there previously I don't get bored about that place. Near Pucon there are many beautiful places and natural landscapes to visit. Like the eye of Caburga, there is a little waterfall of the river that connects with the Caburga's lake, that place is surrounded by a little forest and I visit them with my family, we take many photos together. The Caburga's lake is a perfect place to swim and do things like we are in a beach, the water is fresh and crystalline a very nice place.

Another place near Pucon is the Villarrica's volcano, that is a really amazing thing to contemplate, and climb there it's really fun so we have to be careful because in the middle of the route we can find some snow, so that it's very fun for me.

Near Pucon there are many other places to visit, but that I consider the most important. I like to travel there with my family and with my friends if they can, because I think that it was very funny for all of us.

Post 7: My Best Friend

Hello, today I write about something very close. In personal I don't have many friends because I consider myself like a reserved person, but I have a little group of close friends. 

In that group I have one that I can call my best friend, her name is Cintia and she always help me with any thing that I need, obviously I do the same for her. We were classmate since third grade of the basic education, but both of us were too much shy to speak directly with the other hahaha. So we don't speak much in basic education, but in second year of high school education we start to speak to the other and after that we become inseparable. Since that we always speak about many different things like TV series, books, films or other types of theme like personal problem or thing that we do in the University.

I have many memories whit her, but the one I have most present was our graduation. Like I said we meet since third grade of basic education even though we didn't speak so much in that year, we grow together and we shared many memories with our classmate. And since we speak, we become more closer, so the graduation we were scared because we think that we can't see each other after the graduation. The graduation was a really emotive moment for us, but after that instead of separated us we become more closer, and that is why I can say she is my best friend.

Post 6: How Green are you?

Hello everyone, the post of today is really difficult for me because I aren't so much "green" hahaha. I don't know about recycle, so I don´t have recycling habits. But in my school I learn how to take care of the plant. I remember one time when my teacher show us how to plant a seed, I go to my house that day and plant a seed of watermelon with the help of my mother and they come up from the land. Although I only have little watermelons in my garden. 

On the other hand for prevent air pollution I don't use cars so much, I prefer ride a bike when I go out of my house to visit somebody, for two reason principally: one of them is the air pollution and the traffic, in my city are a lot of cars and always have traffic jam in the streets. The second reason is for exercise myself, because ride a bike is a funny way to keep fit, you exercise your body meanwhile you travel for many places. I think more people have to use bike for travel in the city, that decrease the air pollution in our city, but it's something complicated because the majority of the people don't like to do exercises.

Post 5: My Future Job

Maybe I think a lot of times what my job would be. Always I imagine working with a lot of  very nice people like a teammate for solve any problem. I like to work in an office or in a school depend of my specialization on an area of psychology. 

I'm studying psychology in this moment and I really like to work in that, maybe be a vocational counselor in a school or as organizational psychologist in a company. I want to help people, in the school I hope bring to student support tools for assist them in his study or help with personal problem that they have. In the company maybe I can help with work's environment, for have a nice place where the people work together. I want to have my office where the people find me when they need it and I can help there. I really like to travel but I don't want to travel for works because I don't think that like a vacation, is very different travel for works that travel for relax.

Well I believe I have time for works in things like that, for now I have to concentrate in my study for be a great professional with the necessary knowledge for my future job.

Post 4: Election Day

I consider voting like a important duty of the citizen. I'm really arrepetant for no voting the election past, because I don't give the importance that merit. In the personal way I don't have many interest in political thing but voting is a right of all citizen, if us don't make the difference nobody want to do.

I think that the electoral campaings are all the same, for two reasons. One of them is I don't believe what political people say, they always exhagerate about the thing what they promise to the people, and is not much that they really achieve. The other reason is the binominal sistem introduce in Chile as many years ago, with that sistem I feel like all the election in my country was fixed, and only win a candidate in favour of right or left. Leaving without a place for the independent candidates.

For me a good candidate have to have leadership, a good relationship with the people, charisma and respect for the opinion of other people. Also they must have good ideas and projects for the country what they want to govern. For another way I never want to becoming a politician.
